LOCATION: Merchants River House American Bistro

Today we took the Subway from 33rd street to Lower Manhattan. We shopped at the newly opened (OCTOBER) Westfield World Trade Center Mall. Then we walked down the street to eat at Merchants River House American Bistro. It was right on the water and on Battery Park Walkway. We then (like the tourists we are) bought Statue of Liberty foam crowns and ice cream and posed like The Statue of Liberty who can be seen behind me if you squint and tilt your head slightly to the left.
